Over the past two years, proceedings relating to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict have been initiated in three judicial and quasi-judicial institutions: the International Court of Justice, the International Criminal Court, and Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.
This presentation examines the significance of these initiatives with regard to the international legal standing of the parties and in terms of the addressing substantive legal controversies relating to the conflict.
