The training programme gives you the opportunity to:

  • Look newly at who you are as a person and what drives you in life
  • Explore new perspectives and ways of looking at things
  • Improve your public speaking and develop your communication skills
  • Create powerful new relationships with friends, family, and professionals

Students tell us:

-‘I found the experience opened my eyes more to the reality of my situation at University’
-‘This allowed  my  confidence  to grow in  my  class. It  helped  me  focus  on my  goals’
-‘A great and unique opportunity... I would definitely recommend it to anyone who feels lost’
-‘The  training gave me  an  insight  on  how  powerful your  voice can  be  and how  your  thoughts  can  impact  your  views  and  mindset’
-‘I would strongly recommend this to students. It truly is a life-changing experience completely transforming my approach to life’
-‘I thought that [the trainers] were absolutely amazing... I felt they listened to me, they saw me and said what I needed to hear. They have left a large impact in my life and for that I am grateful’
