What is the Westminster Employability Award?

This Award recognizes your extracurricular achievements at Westminster, helping you to gain valuable experience and develop the skills employers seek. It's your pathway to career success and personal development.

Already completed the Award last year? You’re automatically enrolled in the next level. You can join the next available level by logging into Engage and heading to Pathways!

Why Participate?

Enhance your career prospects, build essential skills and explore new career paths. Plus, you’ll receive a digital badge, an e-certificate, a chance to win prizes and an invite to our end-of-year celebration!

Join our competition! Sign up or rejoin the Award by midnight on 30 September for a chance to win a £20 gift voucher. Five students will be selected at random — don’t miss out!

Completed the WEA in 2023-24? Ready to Level Up?

Join the WEA Leaders Scheme to take your skills to the next level! As a WEA Leader, you'll act as an ambassador, gain valuable experience and develop your leadership abilities.

Successful candidates will promote the Award to their peers, contribute to key developments, help build the WEA community, assist with events and more. Mandatory training will be provided, where you can learn all about the role.

Spaces are limited and we’re looking for current, fully enrolled students who have completed the WEA.

If this sounds like you, find out more and apply here.

Applications close at midnight on the 7 October. Good luck!
