The Westminster Employability Award team are pleased to announce the ‘Early Finishers’ Incentive for semester two. If you successfully complete any level of the WEA by midnight on 29 February 2024, you will have the chance to win a cash prize of £100, to attend an exclusive event, and more.
What is the WEA Early Finishers Incentive?
With the 1 May 2024 deadline fast approaching, we want to encourage our WEA community to be proactive on the Award, avoiding the rush later in the term and ensuring they make the most out of their time on the scheme.
Those who finish early will have a chance of claiming some exciting rewards!
What are the incentives?
Including previous completions from the 2023-24 academic year to date, we want to see the following milestones met before 29 February:
- 1000 Completions – Exclusive Early Finishers event to be unlocked! Students who complete a level before 29 February will receive an exclusive invitation to one of our biggest WEA events of the year. Think food, prizes, and more!
- 1250 Completions – 40 x £100 prizes unlocked! Given away at random to all eligible students and announced at the Early Finishers event. To win a prize, students must have completed a level before 29 February, followed the Careers and Employability Team on Instagram or LinkedIn, and attended a WEA Session in semester two.
- 1500 Completions – Maximum incentives unlocked. Secret prizes and competitions will be revealed at the Early Finishers event…
How can you take part?
To take part, you simply need to ensure you are registered for the WEA and complete at least one level before midnight on 29 February.
If you are new to the WEA, you are strongly encouraged to book a Welcome Session this term, to find out more about the scheme. We are also running WEA Development Sessions throughout the term, to help students make the most of their experience.
