University's commitment to wellbeing support continues with extended meal deals and free gym membership offers

Following consultations on our meal deals and free gym memberships and to ensure our continued support for colleagues and students wellbeing during the ‘cost of living’ crisis, we are extending these offers into the next academic year.

About our meal deals

  • Breakfast

Breakfast offers are available from 8am until 10am.    

The deal includes a free bowl of porridge and filter coffee or tea, and is currently on offer at Harrow, Marylebone, 115 New Cavendish Street and Regent Street. 

  • Lunch

Lunch deals are available from 12pm at Harrow, Marylebone and 115 NCS during term time.
LTS, Regent Street and Harrow Forum café have a grab and go sandwich offer, comprising of a sandwich, snack and bottle of water, which is cheaper than any comparable meal deal at supermarkets.

  • Sweet treats and daytime discounts

A monthly discounted treat of the day is available, from croissants to tray bakes. Please check local advertising to see what is on offer this month.

A range of other discounts on food and drinks are also available throughout the day across all sites from time to time, including the ‘Too good to go’ deal. 

How do I get my meal deal offers…

Please drop into your nearest campus café or restaurant to see what’s on offer. To take advantage of these offers, simply show your University student ID at the till.

Free gym membership

As part of our commitment to the wellbeing of our University community, all colleagues and students will be able to avail of free membership at our Regent Street gym and Harrow sports hall facilities into the next academic year.

  • Regent Street gym

The Regent Street gym has a diverse range of equipment: from cardio, free weights and lifting platforms to resistance kit, functional equipment and a boxing bag room - not to mention studio classes.

Classes range from yoga and Pilates to higher intensity sessions, such as circuit training.

Work continues to refurbish the changing rooms and will officially reopen around mid-July.

  • Harrow sports hall

At our Harrow sports hall, colleagues and students will be able to play badminton with friends or shoot some basketball hoops, when the space is free - while also having access to a gym with a range of kit. To find out when the sports hall is free, please call Harrow Sports Hall via 0207 911 5965 in advance.

To secure your membership, which covers both sites, please visit either the gym or sports hall in person, and speak to a member of the team.
