We're hosting a food drive, in partnership with the Baker Street Quarter from Monday 3rd – Friday 7th June. Food collected will be donated to the Marylebone Project, a charity that provides safety and support for women facing homelessness.
Their work allows women to re-engage with society and start to rebuild their lives. The donated food will provide for vulnerable women in the Marylebone area.
We will be setting up a collection box at reception. Please bring along non-perishable food items from the list below:
- Tinned soup and vegetables
- Baked beans
- Pasta, rice, lentils, pulses, chickpeas
- Tomato-based sauces
- Couscous
- Tuna, salmon, mackerel (tinned)
- Breakfast cereals and cereal bars
- Dried fruits, mango, raisins
- Individual squares of butter
- Long-life milk
- Spices/herbs
- Chocolate treats
- Tea, coffee
The donation box will be in our Marylebone Campus reception.
The work led by the Marylebone Project contributes to SDG1: No Poverty, SDG 5: Gender Equality, and Goal 17: Partnerships For the Goals. For more information visit the Marylebone Project website.
