The suppliers have confirmed that the issues impacting attendance recording have now been resolved and all swipes made correctly from the start of term to date have been processed.

The issues were related to swipes made by students whose ID number started with 2-0-0 not being processed, as well as delays in the processing of swipes, sometimes taking up to 48 hours from the class date/time.  These have now been resolved.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience while the issues were investigated.
