As this year's Mental Health Awareness Week comes to a close, we're sharing useful events, workshops and resources that you can continue to make the most of as part of our Westminster community.

The theme for this year's Mental Health Awareness Week is 'Movement: Moving more for our mental health’. Studies have shown that movement and exercise are excellent ways to promote and maintain good mental health and wellbeing.
