As this year's Mental Health Awareness Week comes to a close, we're sharing useful events, workshops and resources that you can continue to make the most of as part of our Westminster community.
The theme for this year's Mental Health Awareness Week is 'Movement: Moving more for our mental health’. Studies have shown that movement and exercise are excellent ways to promote and maintain good mental health and wellbeing.

Harrow NHS Talking Therapies is offering a free webinar to students. This webinar focuses on finding ways to help improve and increase movement within your daily routine to help support your mental health and wellbeing. This webinar is free and available until the 24 of May to watch at any point.

- Harnessing Movement & Exercise for Mental Wellness
This webinar is hosted by Westminster NHS Talking Therapies. It seeks to explore how incorporating movement into your daily life and routine can support easing symptoms of anxiety and depression. It also includes a focus on the steps to increase your physical activity. Please sign up via the link below to receive a Zoom link to the session.

Free gym memberships also continue at both the Harrow and Regent’s Street gym for this academic year. To secure your membership please sign up at reception at either site. This membership will extend to both sites.
