About Polylang (Modern Languages)
If you're interested in learning a new language or developing one of your current languages, Polylang (Modern Languages) offers you an opportunity to study a language and enhance your employability.
The programme is open to all students with all levels available, from beginner to advanced and offers the following options:
- Arabic (Grades 1-6)
- Spanish (Grades 1-6)
- Chinese (Grades 1-4)
- Italian (Grades 1-3)
- French (Grades 1-6)
- Japanese (Grades 1-3)
- German (Grades 1-4)
- Russian (Grades 1-3)
To register for Polylang (Modern Languages), please complete the Module Choice registration form from Registry and complete the Polylang Language Assessment.
About Polylang (English Communication)
In September 2023, Polylang is launching 3 new modules in English Communication designed to provide practical opportunities for any students wishing to develop their information-handling skills:
- English Communication (B2.2) – for students at levels 4 and 5
- English Communication (C1, Part 1) – for students at levels 5 and 6
- English Communication (C1, Part 2)- for students at levels 5 and 6
Each Polylang (English Communication) module is one semester long and comprises 11 practical sessions of 3 hours– one per teaching week. The modules run in both Semester 1 and 2 with several groups of 20 students per module.
To apply for Polylang (English Communication), simply select the most appropriate module from the list of electives.
