The University runs a Student Experience and Opinion Panel and we’re inviting students to sign up.

The University of Westminster Student Experience & Opinion Panel is in search of new and continuing students to join the panel and have their say on various issues related to life and studies at the University, and get rewarded in the form of prize draws, or cash!

The student panelists are paid to take part in research projects throughout the academic year. This could include having regular group discussions about one subject or a range of different subjects.

Your valuable feedback helps to ensure the University of Westminster meets students’ needs and contributes towards real, positive changes all throughout the University.

Who are we looking for?

The University of Westminster is keen to identify students representing the true diversity of the student population. As such, we welcome students from a broad range of demographics: part time or full-time students; mature students; undergraduates or postgraduates… the list goes on!

Will I be paid?

Panellists who take part in the research topics are rewarded for their time through:

  • Cash;
  • E-vouchers; and,
  • Points on your Employability Award

What is expected from student panel members?

We aim to conduct one research project every other month. Not all panellists are required to take part in every research project as the specifications of each project may differ. We ask that all panellists:

  • Attend the sessions on-time
  • Respect opinions of others and ensure you interact in a respectful way with fellow panellists
  • Provide honest opinions and constructive feedback
  • Do not be afraid to ask questions
  • Occasional homework or preparation before some of the sessions (with additional cash or voucher incentives for completion)
