Please be assured that colleagues and students can continue to use Adobe Creative Cloud programmes, such as Acrobat Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator, as normal.
Following the recent renewal of our Adobe licence, some users have reported the appearance of an automated message when they open Creative Cloud programmes, advising that their licence has expired. To confirm, this is incorrect and will not impact colleagues and students' ability to use these programmes.
We regret any confusion and thank you for your patience as we work with our supplier to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
