Calling all artists and creatives! Apply now to exhibit your work in The Gallery Coffee Shop.

The title of the new theme is 'Our World: How We Balance'.

'Our World: How We Balance' is an exhibition representing nature and technological-based art, creating a dialogue between the two. The exhibition aims to show the contrasts and balances between nature in a technological world.

Themes

  • Nature

Think about nature separated from technology. What does nature look like to you? How does it feel? And what does it sound like? Ideas include: documentations of nature, fantasies of nature and nature used to create artworks. 

  • Technology

Explore how technology is changing the way we connect, communicate and relate to each other around the world. It’s all about understanding the impact of tech on our daily lives and social dynamics.

  • The balance 

How do nature and technology coincide? Think about climate change, sustainability environmental and social impacts

All art mediums and styles are welcome.

Submission closes at 6pm on 20 February 2025.

Venue - The Gallery Coffee Shop, 309 Regent St., London W1B 2HW

Additional Information 

Work must be dropped off and collected from the Regent Street campus and responsibility lies with the individual.

Each work must be ready to be installed with a D-ring attachment on the frame/ canvas (unless otherwise arranged with the Gallery Coordinator).

What is The Gallery Coffee Shop?

The Gallery Coffee Shop is a university cafe on Regent Street, which also doubles up as a gallery. 
It provides students the opportunity to exhibit and sell their amazing work with 100 percent of the profits going back to the student.
