The Engage Employability platform is currently experiencing some issues. Access to some of the Pathways such as the Westminster Employability Award may be disrupted.
We are working hard with our software supplier to resolve issues raised on the Engage platform. Some updates were made to the platform overnight on Wednesday 16 October and further updates are to be expected next week.
If you are having any issues in accessing the Pathways, please follow these steps as they may improve things for you:
- Use other browsers: If you are experiencing issues with your current browser, try accessing the system using a different browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
- Clear your browser cache: Sometimes, cached data can cause problems. Clear your browser cache by going to your browser settings and selecting the option to clear browsing data. Make sure to clear cached images and files.
- Attempt to access the system later: The system might be overloaded at the moment. Please try again later when the traffic might be lower.
- Use another device: If possible, try accessing the system from a different device, such as a smartphone, tablet, or another computer.
