Ever wanted to live in another country and learn more about yourself and the world? If you're interested in spending a semester or year abroad at one of our global partner institutions are eligible to apply, the Student Mobility team invites you to apply for the 25/26 Global Exchange programme.
One of the main benefits of undertaking an exchange is the opportunity to make your degree truly global. Studying overseas exposes students to new cultures, customs, and ways of thinking. Additionally, international experiences help develop soft skills and improve your chances of getting a job, with students going taking part in exchanges more likely to have higher earnings upon graduation. (UUKI report 2021).

Semester exchange is open for eligible first years to apply. And year abroad options are open for eligible second-year students to apply.
Remember to research your course/school exchange partners in detail, including living costs and any country-specific expenses (especially for the USA). Please also ensure you submit your application before the deadline of 3 February, as we sadly cannot accept late applications.
