International Women's Day, on Tuesday 8 March, celebrates women’s achievements, taking action on equality. This year's theme 'breaking the bias' is about working towards a world free of stereotypes and discrimination that is diverse, equitable and inclusive.

To celebrate International Women’s Day, the London Australian Film Society, in partnership with Regent Street Cinema, is proud to present an exclusive preview screening of thrilling western The Drover's Wife: The Legend of Molly Johnson. A labour of love for Leah Purcell who wrote, directed and stars in the film, The Drover's Wife is her third adaptation of Henry Lawson’s Australian classic short story of the same name, having previously adapted as a play and a novel. Purcell’s cinematic version is a thrilling tale that tells of the racism and misogyny of colonial outback Australia– and one woman’s determination to thrive within it.

The Women of Westminster (WOW) Colleagues Network is organising a talk on 'Empowering yourself' to celebrate the International Women's Day 2022.

An event to mark International Women's Day presented by the Centre for Law, Gender, Race and Sexuality, Westminster Law School.
