What is a Course Representative?
Course Representatives are the primary point of contact for students regarding academic and student experience matters. Elected by your peers, you will gather and present feedback to the University, helping shape decisions that impact your course and overall student life.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend training sessions and relevant meetings, like the Academic Rep Forums, to represent the student perspective on academic and welfare matters while discussing student experiences and addressing academic issues.
- Collect and relay feedback from your peers to Course Leaders, working collaboratively to address concerns.
- Promote student feedback platforms and engage in university events such as Rep Forums and Student Council meetings.
- Represent student views at key meetings and keep your peers informed about outcomes and actions taken.
- Attending key meetings, including Academic Rep Forums, to represent the student's perspective on academic and welfare matters.
Who Can Apply?
The role is open to all current students at Westminster, except those on study abroad, placement, or industrial years.
Self-nominations are required by the advertised deadline—don’t miss your chance!
If the number of applicants exceeds available positions, elections will be held.
