Our Beat the Lockdown campaign offers you different ways to focus on activities and tips to help you through the lockdown.
From Monday 8 February up until March, your Career and Employability (CES) team will be offering tips and advice on how to best use their services.
You will be able to find advice on how to make the most of individual skills through schemes such as Talent Bank, the Westminster Employability Award and resources that offer virtual work experience. Also, the team will be sharing self-care resources to make sure you are aware of mental health and wellbeing support.
