Have you ever imagined taking an idea or course project and developing it into a real company or social enterprise? At Next Level, you’ll learn the skills required to work your idea into a business plan and make it a reality, ready to apply for funding.
Next Level is a series of in-person workshops and advice sessions dedicated to helping you develop a value proposition, business model canvas, pitching skills, learning the social impacts of businesses, and how to conduct consumer research. These skills are key to bringing a project idea to life.
WeNetwork is partnering with industry experts to bring you Next Level. You’ll have access to professionals who can act as mentors and advisors to provide the guidance you need to take your project or idea to the next level.
You can register for Next Level by:
- Submitting an idea you wish to develop further
- Using a course project or dissertation to find a long-term purpose for it
If you do not have an idea or assessment project and still wish to participate, you’ll be put into a team to support another student's project. This way, you can still access the support offered and develop your skills. You can decide to work as part of a team or develop your work as an individual.
Applications guidelines
Students currently enrolled on a course at the University of Westminster, studying at one of our London campuses are eligible, including undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
No prior skills or knowledge are required to take part in Next Level.
Next Level will start on Monday 27 February and run until Friday 3 March 2023.
