Eid Mubarak (meaning 'have a blessed festival') to all of our students, colleagues, alumni and community members celebrating.
Eid al-Adha, ‘the Festival of Sacrifice’, notably marks the end of Hajj which is the Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca - one of the five pillars of Islam.
The celebrations this year begin from sunset on Tuesday 27 June and can last three days (please note there is some variance in observance).
