In this interactive workshop, based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) you will learn how unhelpful thinking patterns can leave us stuck and learn practical tools to overcome low mood. The strategies will focus on ways to help you feel more motivated and consider how you can find a balance across your day to day activities.

We will also be covering tips on good sleep hygiene habits to help you identify changes you could make to improve sleeping difficulties.
