Whether you’ve just landed your first graduate role or are preparing to step into the world of work, this practical and empowering workshop will help you feel confident, capable, and ready to shine from day one.

Led by Victoria Rennoldson, an award-winning Leadership Communication Coach and certified Cultural Intelligence Trainer, this 60-minutes session draws on her wealth of experience helping ambitious early-career professionals speak with confidence, collaborate effectively, and thrive in global, multicultural workplaces.

Victoria is the CEO and Founder of 'Culture Cuppa', and host of the top-ranked 'Cultural Communication Confidence' podcast.

In this session, you’ll learn how to:

  • Understand what your manager really expects from you
  • Communicate with confidence and clarity in a professional setting
  • Contribute effectively in meetings - even when you're the newest in the room
  • Show your value through proactivity and a strong work ethic
  • Act when you're not confident to speak up
  • Handle feedback like a pro and respond with emotional intelligence
  • Develop your personal brand and take ownership of your early career
  • Gain the tools and mindset to stand out (for all the right reasons), build strong working relationships, and set yourself up for long-term success.

Please note the Graduate Success Series is aimed at final-year students, postgraduates and recent graduates from classes of 2022, 2023 and 2024.
