It is common to sometimes lose motivation for the things we enjoy and need to do. When a person consistently and constantly feels unmotivated they can get stuck in vicious cycles of behaviours and often cause themselves a great deal of emotional distress, such as feeling hopeless and helpless.

In this interactive workshop, based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) you will learn how unhelpful thinking patterns can leave us stuck and learn practical tools to overcome procrastination and overwhelming tasks to achieve your goals.
