Sunita Harley, Founder - Collective Insight (Human Resource Management MA, 2001)
Sunita Harley (she/her) is the founder of award-winning professional development, coaching and inclusion consultancy Collective Insight. As a certified coach, she has equipped individuals to navigate challenges and thrive in their careers. Sunita previously worked in senior talent, inclusion and learning and development roles at law firms Herbert Smith Freehills, Taylor Wessing, Slaughter and May and Addleshaw Goddard.
Sunita’s practical expertise helps individuals to focus on managing their careers, recognising their strengths and pursuing their potential regardless of their backgrounds. Through her career management and leadership sessions, she has helped teams and leaders to enhance their skills and impact at organisations including Marie Curie, Lloyds Banking Group, Meta, Coursera and numerous law firms.
Sunita’s achievements include being featured on the BBC and recognised as DEI Champion of the Year at the Women & Diversity in Law Awards in March 2023.
Before starting her HR Management Masters at University of Westminster, Sunita worked in fashion and music as a DJ. As a Mauritian British South Asian woman featured in assignments for Nike, Vogue, The Body Shop and Top of the Pops, she has been instrumental in inspiring individuals from all backgrounds to pursue opportunities to succeed, regardless of their profession or sector. Her podcast Lucky Things®️podcast, launched in 2016, encourages everyone to look after their confidence, career and wellbeing.
