The Big Idea Competition is the University of Westminster’s annual business idea and innovation competition supported by Santander Universities UK.
The annual competition encourages students and graduates to activate their entrepreneurial skills, test and validate commercial ideas and access funding to develop and scale their businesses. After attending bootcamps, students will be pitching for a share of a £43,000+ funding pot.
This event is a showcase and celebration of the University’s entrepreneurial student and graduate talent. The semi-finalists across three entry categories: Freelance, Ideate and Accelerate will each present their businesses in 3 minutes to the audience and a panel of judges. The judges will choose the finalists of the competition and the respective prize recipients.
You will also have an opportunity to network with the contestants and find out more about their businesses.
