This event will help participants who are looking to understand more about the kinds of terms and conditions and contracts that they will need to enter into in order to grow their business.

The session will cover key concepts of terms and conditions (including website ts&cs and privacy policies) and customer contracts and will help participants understand more about which contracts they might need and how to negotiate and enter into these contracts.

Participants will understand the importance of some key clauses in contracts and some legal traps to avoid. All participants will come away with a much better understanding of contractual law and the kinds of contracts they might need to have in place in order to grow their businesses.
