The Freelance Essentials programme supports students and graduates in setting them on the right track to becoming highly self-employed professionals by running a part-time or full-time commercial activity.
The programme includes expert-led workshops, mentoring, networking, pitching events and even seed funding to get their activity up and running or expand it.
Four specialist sessions will be offered to more advanced participants looking to grow an existing self-employment activity and adapt it to the current market needs.

Registering as Self-Employed and Pitch for Jobs as a Freelancer - Thursday 9 November, 5:30-6:30pm
The Freelancer's Pricing Guide: Determining Your Rate with Confidence - Thursday 30 November, 5:30-6:30pm
Strategies to Find and Engage with Clients - Thursday 7 December, 5:30-6:30pm
Finances Made Easy: Managing Your Finances as a Freelancer - Thursday 25 January, 5:30-6:30pm
The next steps for Freelance Essentials participants may include taking part in the Big Idea competition and securing work via the Talent Hub initiative, which features employers looking to work with Westminster Freelance talent.
