This will help participants in the early stages of thinking about how to set up their company and also, if they have already set up their company, how to understand the legal issues surrounding their company and how it should operate. The session will cover key concepts of company law to help participants understand more about how to run the legal side of their company.

Participants will understand the importance of setting up a company in the right way from a legal perspective and also how to ensure that its ongoing operation complies with the law. All participants will come away with a much better understanding of company law and how to operate their company in a way which makes it legally compliant and also more attractive to investors and also people who want to do business with the company.
