This session will introduce participants to different ways of making money from a business idea (revenue models) by looking at how other successful businesses generate revenue. It will challenge participants' preconceptions about how to generate revenue and invite them to explore more creative revenue models. The second half of the session will provide participants with the knowledge and understanding of different pricing models and how to apply them to their own idea.

Knowledge of a variety of innovative revenue models and how to apply them to their own business ideas
Understanding the different methods of how to price a product or service

This event is designed for participants who have a more developed business idea and who are looking for some help and assistance with thoughts about how they might make money from the business.

About the Speaker:

Stuart Hartley is an experienced start-up and scale-up professional. After spending 10 years working in universities and management consultant organisations, Stuart decided to launch his own business specialises in supporting start-ups and scale-ups. Over the last 15 years he has helped well over 2500 students and graduates start and grow businesses. He has also worked with some of the faster growing and most exciting scale up businesses in the UK.
