The session will start by providing participants the knowledge and understanding required to complete the value proposition canvas ensuring that their early stage ideas are addressing customers problems directly. Participants will then go through a step by step process to creating a business model canvas for their idea – effectively a one page business plan. This is a highly interactive and engaging session and will leave participants with a greater understanding of their business idea and the areas that they will need to develop further.

Stuart Hartley is an experienced start-up and scale-up professional. After spending 10 years working in universities and management consultant organisations, Stuart decided to launch his own business specialises in supporting start-ups and scale-ups. Over the last 15 years he has helped well over 2,500 students and graduates start and grow businesses.
