Reformulations photography exhibition at Harrow Campus

End Date 30 September 2022

Time 11am - 6pm

Reformulations is a free group exhibition on digital photographic manipulation, focusing on how this artistic practice allows photographers to present a contemporary perspective on the past.

Curated by Westminster alumna Lorenzo Frattini, who completed an MA in Museums, Galleries and Contemporary Culture, the exhibition does not seek to just represent a simple, passive revival of past events. Instead, by using images of the past as a figurative vocabulary and digital manipulation as grammar, they actively formulate contemporary thoughts, perspectives and reflections on the past.

The exhibition will showcase the hard work of five (current and former) University of Westminster photography students: Martin Dixon, Josh Murfitt, Julia Neal, Lucy Whiteley and Kevin Wood.
