Meditation in nature session

Join us at the Harrow campus for a meditation session which will take place in Harrow’s green space. The session is open for all students and colleagues at the university.

Meditation and breathwork can positively impact the mind and body by relieving stress and anxiety and redirecting thoughts. As we start the new year, it is important to be mindful of our wellbeing and reduce negative feelings.

The session will take place within the green space at Harrow, provided good weather, and will be led by our Interfaith Advisor. We aim for participants to immerse themselves in nature and consider the biodiversity around them.

The activity will encourage positive well-being and further an appreciation of biodiversity in and around London. This aligns with SDG 3: Good Health and Wellbeing and SDG 15: Life of Land. For more information about sustainability at Westminster, visit our Sustainable Development webpage. If you have any queries about this event, please email [email protected].

Please meet at the Forum, Harrow campus at 16:30. We will then head to the green space to start the session.
