
This 2.5-hour online workshop focuses on how to effectively support a friend who may be struggling with their mental health. It includes practical tips, spotting warning signs, resources and services available, setting boundaries and your own self-care. You’ll gain desirable skills for your CV, such as communication, listening and motivating skills and how to handle challenging situations.
Attend either this training or Green Dot training to gain 10 points towards the Westminster Employability Award.
