Do you enjoy gardening, planting or connecting with nature?
Come along to our campus growing spaces which are open for both colleagues and students to use.
Where are these spaces
Westminster has various growing spaces, planters and plants like rosemary, beans, tomatoes, and passionflower vine at our Marylebone, Harrow, and Cavendish campuses.
These spaces are available for both colleagues and students to use in their own time.
Marylebone is also home to the Green Wall which is currently maintained by students from ArCCAT. New Cavendish is also used by the Cavendish Living Lab group.
About the sessions
You can sign up to the below sessions to use and maintain our campus growing spaces, but these spaces can also be used outside of the sessions, such as during your lunch break or for some wellbeing time.
The upcoming sessions include:
- Marylebone campus – Thursday 11 July, 3-4pm
We will be repotting our seedlings and moving them to the beds within the growing space. This will be an opportunity to get your hands dirty!
Sign up to book your free space.
- Harrow campus – Wednesday 24 July, 3:30-4pm
We will be repotting and ‘pricking out’ seedlings within planters to ensure they have enough space to grow.
