In this workshop, delivered by the University’s Interfaith team, we will look at how to pay attention to the present moment, in the context of the NHS’s 5 steps to wellbeing

The session is organised as part of the national Mental Health Awareness Week taking place 9-15 May across the UK. This year, the campaign will raise awareness on the topic of loneliness, its impact on our mental health and the practical steps on how to address it.

Please note that all participants will need to join with their camera and microphone on. No entry will be accepted later than five minutes after the start time.
