This workshop will help you learn more about self-criticism and the antidote of self-compassion. In this creative and playful workshop you will create:
- a KIND Wellbeing plan to help you with your career,
- a personalised recipe for self-compassion when looking a job,
- a self-compassionate letter to guide you and help you during the challenging job search process
The workshop is created for final-year students, postgraduates and recent graduates, Class of 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
