Assignments and exams are common triggers of stress and worry. Although it is normal to feel anxious about upcoming assessments, exam stress can feel overwhelming and may even impact daily functioning. Long-term or chronic stress can lead to poor physical and mental health outcomes.

This practical workshop will share useful strategies to help you challenge unhelpful thought patterns that can maintain exam related stress. Using techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, this workshop will share tools to help calm your mind and body during this stressful period.
