As part of the Wellbeing Webinars Service, The University of Westminster Student Wellbeing Team are joined by Judith Quin for a workshop on managing stress.

This workshop will share simple stress reduction techniques that can be effective in as little as 15 seconds!

In this workshop you'll learn how to:

  • Reduce stress in seconds
  • Change your state so that you can respond rather then react
  • Create the energy you need to match the situation you're going in to

  • Be more effective in taking time out for you

This workshop is available for all University of Westminster students and will be held via MS Teams.
