Come and hear from a range of diverse speakers on different career options and experiences in the field of mental health. 

The series is aimed at any student interested in a career in the field of mental health.

The first talk, taking place on Thursday 13 October, will host former Westminster student and Trainee Clinical Psychologist Ron Dodzro, who will talk about his career. 

The series will include the following events:

  • Thursday 13 October, 1-2pm – ‘Becoming a Clinical Psychologist’
  • Tuesday 25 October, 2-3pm - ‘Working for Mind and the Hearing Voices Network’
  • Thursday 10 November, 12-1pm – ‘Becoming a Counselling Psychologist’
  • Thursday 8 December, 12 -1pm - ‘Being a patient in forensic and mental health services’
  • Thursday 2 February, 3.30-4.30pm - ‘Placements in a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS)’

The events, taking place in room C1.09 at Cavendish Campus, are drop-in sessions and do not require pre-registration.
