Top University for Work-Based Learning - 2023 winne

The awards, organised by learning platform Forage, recognise universities delivering outstanding work-based learning opportunities which set students up for success once they graduate.

The Work-Based and Placement Learning (WBPL) programme at Westminster is managed by Benjamin Powell and, in collaboration with academic colleagues, focuses on embedding a variety of initiatives into the undergraduate curriculum to support students to gain valuable employability skills alongside their studies.

Get involved in the WBPL this semester

The WBPL programme is available to all undergraduates, and involves completing a minimum of 35 hours of work-based and placement learning. This will give you the opportunity to increase your confidence, gain key employability skills and put yourself in a strong position to secure highly skilled graduate-level positions.
