The student ambassador scheme supports the University’s student recruitment and widening participation activities.

Student ambassadors wearing yellow t-shirts on campus

As a student ambassador, you will assist in various projects and events across the University such as helping with Open Days, attending higher education fairs at local schools and colleges, delivering presentations to school pupils on topics relating to higher education and supporting during Arrivals and enrolment activities.

You will have the opportunity to give pupils at schools and colleges an authentic idea of what life is like at university and inspire them. Hearing about your personal route into higher education can also encourage others to aim for a university education.
