Work hard but remember to take care of yourself and have fun.

Your wellbeing matters - wellbeing content coming up on Careers' social channels

With many assessment deadlines looming, the winter exams coming up and the approach of the festive season and the winter break, the Careers and Employability Service team will be delivering content to support your wellbeing.

Topics of the Wellbeing Campaign will aim to educate and encourage students to take extra care of themselves and to remember to have fun in between hard work for assignments, exams and job applications.

Alongside the usual promotion of key careers events and opportunities throughout December, the Wellbeing campaign will also focus on the following:

  • Tackling the cost-of-living crisis through university, as well as external support available
  • Sharing tips on managing stress
  • Westminster Employability Award (WEA) support with completing activities in line with relevant deadlines
  • Tackling loneliness around the holidays
  • Festive quizzes on Instagram Story

And more!

Connect with your Careers team on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube, so you don’t miss out on all of the helpful information to be shared during the next few weeks.
