About the speakers

Beata Jaworska-Nell (BSc Psychology, Class of 2006), Director, Talent Management, and I&D at GSK
Beata Jaworska-Nell is an internationally experienced talent management, talent engagement, organisational development and HR professional. Beata started her HR career while studying a BSc in Psychology at the University of Westminster, initially working in temporary and contract roles to build her professional experience. After graduating in 2006, she moved to the Cayman Islands where she worked for two years before returning to London to complete her Masters in HR Management and CIPD. In the capital, Beata gained experience as a Consultant and Business Partner for various companies, before relocating to the Middle East, where she joined DELL Technologies as Regional HR Manager for the Middle East and Turkey in 2011, and Alexion as Senior HR Manager for Middle East & North Africa in 2016. Beata returned to Poland in 2018, where she currently works in a global role as Director, Talent Management and I&D at GSK.

Ennio Terrasi Borghesan (International Media Business MA, Class of 2016), Digital Editor at AC Milan and Freelance Sports Journalist, based in Italy
Ennio is a determined and enthusiastic Media Producer, Presenter and Freelancer, truly passionate about Sports Media world. Currently working as a Digital Editor for AC Milan and Teaching Assistant at Università Bocconi.

Dr. Diana Livadic (MA Applied Social and Market Research, Class of 2009), Global Product Director at Ipsos, based in Germany
Diana is leading the global product innovation and development for communication research at Ipsos. She has a professional background in marketing and media, working for BBDO and Viacom before joining Ipsos. Her passion is connecting the industry with academia to better understand our changing environments and implications for business and society. She has an extensive international academic profile and holds a PhD in Communication from University of Hamburg, a MA in Applied Market and Social Research from University of Westminster, a Graduate Certificate in International Marketing from University of Sydney and a BA in Media and Communication Studies from University of Fribourg in Switzerland.
