
The Skills Lab events are a series of practical workshops and training sessions for students and graduates which covers emerging innovative subjects that founders and freelancers will need to get a headstart in their careers.
The selected events aim to equip participants with the practical knowledge and skills to embed the latest technologies, business models and mindset training needed to lead their projects while increasing their employability.
Each session can be attended individually, and there is no limit on the number of sessions one can attend:
- No-Code Prototyping: How to Start a Business When You Can’t Code - Monday 23 January, 10am-5pm
- UX Design Workshop - Wednesday 1 February, 5:30-7:30pm
- Entrepreneurial Mindset - Tuesday 14 February, 5:30-7:30pm
- Developing Websites - Wednesday 15 February, 5:30-7:30pm
- Agile Project Management - Tuesday 7 March, 5:30-7:30pm
- Digital Marketing Workshop - Wednesday 15 March, 5:30-7:30pm
- Open AI & Python Workshop - Thursday 16 March, 5-8pm
- Mental Health and Resilience for Founders and Freelancers - Wednesday 29 March, 5:30-7:30pm
- E-Commerce for Founders and Freelancers - Wednesday 5 April, 5:30-7:30pm
We welcome students and graduates from all subject areas at these sessions.
Skills Lab event participants' next steps may be enrolling on Start-Up 101 or Freelance Essentials to formalise their project before accessing funding.
