Are you thinking about doing a PhD but unsure where to begin?
You’re not alone! At the University of Westminster, we understand that applying for a PhD can be a complex and often mysterious process. This includes everything from choosing a research topic, selecting a university, and finding a supervisor, to writing a PhD proposal, participating in interviews, and engaging in independent research.
It can also be particularly daunting for those from backgrounds underrepresented in doctoral study who may be the first in their family to study at undergraduate level.
This session will provide insight into the application process for a PhD and what it involves once you begin. There will also be a chance to ask questions.
