The SDG Prize Event provides the opportunity to learn about SDG-related work that students have been working on. Students have submitted their projects, ideas and proposals to showcase their ideas and be judged by panellists. Submissions should consider all three pillars of sustainability – social, environmental, and economic. This can sometimes be called the three ‘Ps’ – people, planet, and prosperity – and is best represented by the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

The following categories will be judged during the SDG Prize event:

  • Pitch presentation - this will include a PowerPoint presentation and verbal pitch
  • Poster competition - posters will be printed and displayed for viewing
  • Creative arts piece - displayed at the event alongside a statement
