How can we learn to be (more) comfortable with our own company? What does it take to be alone but to be content, in contrast to feeling lonely? How can we challenge ourselves to combat loneliness, and to be connected in healthy ways?
We will look at these and other questions, defining the experience of isolation, solitude and company from a counselling perspective in light of the pandemic. The aim of this online workshop is to improve wellbeing by examining ideas and choices that we make.
There will be a brief a presentation followed by an open discussion facilitated by members of staff at the Counselling Service.
