Stress and worry are a normal part of life and they can affect us all.

During the last year, we may have found ourselves worrying about a range of issues related to the pandemic and we may have felt increasingly overwhelmed or anxious. As restrictions lift we may find ourselves worrying about returning to work or university, using public transport and engaging in social activities.

Based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based treatment used widely in the NHS, this workshop will teach practical strategies to help you adapt and manage your worries.
