It is normal to feel a bit worried about exams, especially if you're feeling under pressure from university or family. Exam stress can cause you to feel anxious or depressed, and this might affect your overall wellbeing.

If you recognise any of these feelings, or are worried that exam pressure is taking over your life, you are not alone, and there are things you can do.

In this interactive workshop, based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), you will learn how unhelpful thinking patterns can leave us stuck and how you can use practical tools to manage worry and help you relax.

The session will be delivered by the Harrow Talking Therapies Team and the Counselling and Mental Health Service. Use the QR code in the image to register your place or go onto the Harrow Talking Therapies NHS website.
