Liam Keogh is an investor, entrepreneur and business leader with a portfolio career spanning two decades and multiple industries.
Keogh has worked at all levels: from positions on the first rung of the ladder to an entrepreneur leading a start-up, to a business owner employing hundreds, to a board advisor and Non-Executive Director.
As an employer, he has interviewed and hired hundreds of individuals of all levels, from those at the start of their career to CEOs and board appointees. He has a deep understanding of the recruitment process and the hacks that candidates can implement to get ahead when interviewing.
In this workshop, he will share insights from managing the career development of a huge number of people, providing advice on the best way individuals can manage their personal progression, get pay rises and the shortcuts to take to get promotions.
