Exploring the equalities that must be built and infrastructure to support the change process within business so that Gender, Race and Sexuality are no longer a code of practice within unconscious bias but instead a celebration of authenticity that supports diversity. By celebrating our differences and an opportunity for learning and development to garner that change within organisations, education is key to this change.
